The paper aims to examine the effect of teachers' self-efficacy on job satisfaction. To deepen study, literature was reviewed and theories were established. study used descriptive correlational research design. total enumeration sampling design study. It questionnaires gather data. found that is very high along three dimensions which include in student engagement, instructional strategies, classroom management.
